Join Shenita Sanders, Certified Master Sound Therapist and Tya Eachus, Reiki Healer, Chakra Communicator and Past Life Regression Facilitator, QHHT Method Level 2, of Holistic Pathways to Healing, for an experiential journey to activate higher states of consciousness stimulating a powerful energetic release, deep relaxation and healing.

Shenita will play chimes, various crystal and hand-beaten Himalayan bowls to create vibrations to help balance the mind, body and spirit. During the sound bath of enlightenment, Tya applies Reiki Healing to each participant's 7 main chakras to release stagnant energy, and clear and align the energy fields within. Tya personally shares any chakra messages she receives.

Sound healing combined with Reiki energy is profoundly relaxing, healing and deepens the mind, body, spirit connection.

**Bring a yoga mat or large towel and a pillow to relax on the floor.

**Light blanket optional.

Sacral Chakra Color is Orange and governs Creativity, Sexuality, Pleasure, Joy, Intimacy, and Emotional Well-Being.

Sacral Chakra is located at the base of the spine above the coccyx bone. Organs associated with Sacral Chakra are reproductive organs, prostate and bladder.

Crystals that support Sacral Chakra energy are carnelian, orange calcite, citrine and sunstone.

Essential Oils that support Sacral Chakra energy are ylang ylang, rose,
sweet orange, and tangerine.

Foods that support sacral chakra energy are orange fruits (oranges, mangos, papayas), nuts (almonds, walnuts), seeds (pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds), seafood like salmon and sweet potatoes.

After the meditation, as we sit in silent reflection, gratitude and peace,
Tya sends Reiki Healing Energy to each participant. She shares any chakra messages she receives via personal chat message.
