WHY: To bring LGBTQ families together and learn how to rock climb!
OTHER DETAILS:
Join us for a meet up for a free rock climbing session at Sender One in Santa Ana on Sunday, September 29th at 11am-1pm. We will have a rock climbing instructor teach us an introduction to rock climbing class for free! The climbing session will be for all age groups including young kids. Suggested age is 4 years old and older. Babies and toddlers are also welcome and parents will be able to socialize if they are not climbing. Our son is 4.5 years old and loves rock climbing. We will need a head count, as well as the full name of all attendees, whether they've been to Sender One in the past and their approximate shoe size.
PARKING: Parking is free and located in the back left hand side of the parking lot once you enter the large parking lot. Sender One is located near The Original Wine Club and Roger Dunn Golf Shops.
COST: The event is free.
FOOD: We will not be providing food so pack a lunch or bring some snacks. We may go out to eat afterwards if anyone shows any interest.
WHAT TO BRING:
Wear comfortable clothes. Climbing shoes and a harness will be provided for free. It tends to be hot this time of year. So be sure to bring a water bottle. Also fill out a waiver on their website ahead of time to cut down on wait time during check in. https://www.senderoneclimbing.com/sna/waiver/
