Looking for a community that actually supports the way you eat — instead of questioning it? You're in the right place.
We're a group built around the carnivore diet: an eating approach centered on meat, organs, eggs, and other animal foods, with little to no plants or carbs.
Some of us eat strictly meat-only; others are more flexible and call themselves dirty carnivores or ketovore. This isn't just "we like meat" — it's a deliberate way of eating that many people use to manage specific health goals, and we're here to support each other through it, whatever your version looks like.
A lot of us came to this way of eating chasing something specific — more energy, calmer guts, clearer skin, quieter joints, a mind that isn't foggy by 2pm. Some of us got those things. Some are still figuring it out. Either way, we'd rather compare notes than go it alone.
What this group actually is:
A place to ask the questions you can't ask your family ("is this normal?"), share the wins nobody else will understand the size of ("I slept through the night for the first time in years"), and get real talk from people who've been doing this longer than you — without diet-culture judgment from either direction.
What it's not:
A place for medical advice, food-shaming, or diet purity contests. We're not doctors. We're just people who eat this way and like talking about it.
