About us

Conservation Florida’s mission is to permanently protect the Florida Wildlife Corridor and its water, wildlife, and wild landscapes. Since its founding in 1999, Conservation Florida has saved more than 40,000 acres of critical habitat across the sunshine state.

Through engaging programming and outreach, we connect people to the real, wild Florida, inspiring a deeper sense of stewardship and commitment to protecting our natural lands for generations to come.

We'll host a screening of two 20-minute episodes of the Emmy-award winning “Protect Our Paradise” series. After, stick around for Q&A's with "Protect Our Paradise" host, Chad Crawford, and quick eco-trivia with prizes!
Whether you're passionate about conservation or simply curious to learn more, this is a wonderful opportunity to engage and be part of a like-minded community.

This event is sponsored by Duke Energy.

Conservation Florida is a non-profit land trust working to protect Florida's water, wildlife and wild places. Since our inception in 1999, we have protected over 45,000 acres of land across the state, with more in progress!

Join our Conservation Collective to support our efforts! The real Florida is disappearing faster than ever. Today alone, we’ve lost roughly 280 acres of our wild places to development. By giving just $25 each month, you can save the places that make our state so special — swamps, wildlife corridors, and crystal-clear waterways.
