GRIFFY LAKE NATURE PRESERVE BLOOMINGTON

Come to beautiful Griffy Lake! From I-465 S take I-69 S to Exit 120 (SR46 E). Stay on SR46, turn onto Matlock / Headley Rd to Griffy Lake (3595 N Headley Rd Bloomington). After crossing the causeway turn right into the parking lot. This will be a slower paced 5-mile out and back hike on the newest, developed natural terrain trail at Griffy Lake. After the hike plan to have lunch (pay your own) at a local restaurant. Leader: Edeltraud Evans (812-322-3972)
Meetup guests are always welcome and there is no fee to hike with us but please no pets. Meetup attendees will be joined by members of the Indianapolis Hiking Club who do not have to sign up for the hike on Meetup.
Plan to start promptly at 9:00 so don't be late.
