GRIFFY LAKE NATURE PRESERVE BLOOMINGTON

Beautiful Griffy Lake Nature Preserve! From I-465 S take I-69 S to Exit 120 (SR 46 E). Continue on SR 46 E to Matlock Rd. Turn onto Matlock / Headley Rd to Griffy Lake (3595 N Headley Rd Bloomington). After crossing the causeway turn right into the parking lot. This will be a 5-mile hike, leisurely paced, on scenic natural trails. After the hike plan on having lunch at a local restaurant (pay your own). Leader: Edeltraud Evans (812-322-3972)
Meetup guests are always welcome and there is no fee to hike with us but please no pets. Meetup attendees will be joined by members of the Indianapolis Hiking Club who do not have to sign up for the hike on Meetup. Expect to start promptly at 9:30 so don't be late.
