Hike Schedule - 16 OCTOBER 2026

The Indianapolis Hiking Club schedules a number of hikes at different central Indiana locations every day of the year. Follow this link to the IHC website for the latest Hike Details for today.

• No fee to hike with us, other than a possible Park Entry fee.
• Most hikes are about 5 miles, with some as short as 2 or 10+, and many include a social gathering (meal, book club, coffee, etc.).
• Hikes range from easy to challenging on natural and paved surfaces. Please contact the leader in advance if a hike is marked Challenging.
• No need to indicate you will attend the event on Meetup, simply show up 10 minutes before scheduled start time (we start on time).
• You will not be the only hiker, other IHC members will attend.
• You must be 18 years old, or accompanied by an adult.
• If a Map# (in blue) is in the hike description, click on it to view a Google map showing the hike meeting location.
• NOTE: Hikes can change due to weather, leader illness, etc. -- always check our website before coming for latest updates, which will be in blue at the top of the hike description.
