What we’re about
WELCOME OLDIES MUSIC LOVERS (probably baby boomers in the East Bay and beyond! Ever wanted to be in a band? Well, this experience may come close to meeting that fond desire many of us always wanted to but never quite achieved - without the star power and nerves associated with playing in front of others.
-Have fun playing and singing the great music we grew up with during the 'Golden Era' in a casual backyard (tiki) setting conveniently located in Lafayette.
-Anyone who loves the oldies (mostly 50s and 60s music) and has intermediate experience playing an instrument (knowing chords, etc) and / or singing is welcome to join our bi-weekly jams, however space is limited (2-6 people) due to parking and space limitations.
- We'll play and sing yours and my favorites songs. Will provide most of the music (and libations) but you're welcome to bring your own music (for C instruments - bring a few extra copies if possible) . Just bring yourself and your instrument and music (optional) as we bring back the 'Happy Days' with music and memories
