Business Networking Event

Welcome to our first Business Networking Event! 🎉
This session brings together a small group of professionals from different industries to connect, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations in a relaxed and friendly environment.
The evening will include networking, dinner, and short business introductions so participants can learn more about each other's work and opportunities for referrals.

Event Flow

• 6:00 PM – Arrival & Registration

Guests arrive, register, and begin light networking. Name card exchange encouraged.

• 6:20 PM – Welcome & Introductions

Brief welcome by the host and overview of the event format.
Participants will give a short self-introduction (Name, Company, Industry).

• 6:30 PM – Networking Session

Open networking session for participants to connect and get to know each other.

• 7:00 PM – Dinner & Business Pitch Session

Dinner will be served while participants introduce their businesses.
Each participant will have 8 minutes to present their business or services.

• 8:00 PM – Open Networking

Continue conversations, exchange contacts, and explore collaboration opportunities.

• 9:30 PM – Event Ends

• Industry Representation

To encourage diverse and meaningful networking, we aim to have one representative per industry where possible.

• Attendance Update

If you are unable to attend after registering, please inform the organiser at least 3 days before the event so that the slot can be offered to someone on the waitlist.
Please also remember to complete the registration form as part of confirming your attendance.

• No-Show Policy

As seats are limited, we kindly ask participants to honour their RSVP.
Participants who accumulate 3 no-shows may be placed on the waitlist for future events, allowing others the opportunity to attend.
