Welcome to The Women's Circle
Helping women navigate life's transitions with vitality, purpose, and whole-person wellness

Because thriving isn't something you stumble into. It's something you cultivate.

The Women's Circle is a supportive community for women navigating life's transitions through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and whole-person wellness.

We gather every other Tuesday at 4 PM PST for 90 minutes. Each gathering is a complete experience, so you're welcome to join whenever you're ready.

How do you want to live the next chapter of your life?
Life transitions can bring uncertainty, grief, change, possibility, and growth. Whether you’re navigating menopause, caregiving, recovery, cancer, relationships, health concerns, or simply asking, “what’s next?” - you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Together we'll explore everything from menopause and hormone health to stress, relationships, grief, movement, brain health, purpose, and the everyday practices that help us thrive. Along the way, guest experts will join us to share their knowledge and answer questions.

NOURISH
Food.Brain Health.Informed Choices.

The power of nourishing your mind and body through food and informed choices gives you the energy, resilience, and brain health to fully engage with life.

We do this by incorporating some important foods for heart and brain health, and avoid foods that work against us. Of course, we live with balance and include some treats along the way.

MOVE
Strength.Mobility.Vitality.

The power of movement gives you strength, vitality, confidence, and the freedom to do the things that matter most.

We do this with exercise that includes aerobics, strength training, and more. A more intensive session of exercise is great. We also find ways to include movement throughout the day which is important too.

UNWIND
Destress.Presence.Calm.

The power of slowing down and turning inward gives you greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and nervous system resilience.

We do this with various types of mindfulness meditation, listening to music, IFS, decluttering our space, cultivating less screen time, and more for nervous system regulation.

RESTORE
Sleep.Recovery.Healing.

The power of rest and recovery gives your body and mind the opportunity to heal, recharge, and function at their best.

We do this by learning the best practices (i.e. yoga nidra and sleep hygeine) for good sleep patterns.

CONNECT
Community.Purpose.Learning.

The power of connection gives us belonging, purpose, support, and opportunities to continue learning, growing, and engaging with life.

We do this by being in community with each other right here, as well as discussing meaningful connection in relationships, and finding purpose in exploring creative hobbies that promote healthy cognition.
