Join us for a bi-monthly SatSang, meaning “gathering in truth,” a conversation at Om Being with The Psychedelic Society, talking about the science behind topics that affect us everyday. Expect thoughtful dialogues and moments of reflection.

### WHAT TO EXPECT

Despite not always feeling inspired, we all possess a creative brain, able to innovate and imagine. In this sense, creativity is a way of being. Distinct brain patterns underlie original thought and moments of cognitive flow. Listening to music or moving our body may instigate inspiration moving our mind into liminal states of ideation or daydreaming - letting the mind wander and imagine new ideas. Can we enhance this creative potential through a dialogue with non-human intelligence?

Psychedelics are an ancient technology that opens us up to engage with life, appreciating the aesthetic world. By activating more distant associative connections in the brain, multiple viewpoints of a problem unleash and the unusual, abstract is unlocked.
Partnering with AI offers expansion of our human creative potential; biosensing, special effects, VR, gaming, spatial sound.

But, where is the line between where technology ends and human imagination and creativity takes over? AI is a tool and driver, a technology to get to new outcomes, but it may dissolve something we value more, our own indispensability to the process of discovery?

# Darren Le Baron is returning to London for in-person Shroomshop: Mushroom Cultivation Workshop this May!

Come and learn the basics of mushroom cultivation and explore various techniques for growing gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. This will be a hands-on experience and will cover everything you need to know to get you started.
Mushrooms' therapeutic value has been prized in indigenous cultures for thousands of years. In the past few decades, they have become even more popular for their medicinal qualities in the West, as a result of an expanding body of scientific research supporting their numerous health benefits.
You will gain valuable insights into the world of mushrooms and unlock the potential for producing your own food and medicine. You will learn practical knowledge that empowers you to cultivate these remarkable organisms for your well-being.

### Introduction to Numerology, the Fool's Journey and Q&A with tea and biscuits

Are you curious about tarot but don’t know where to start? Join us for an illuminating evening where we’ll dive into the foundational aspects of Tarot reading with Tarologist Laura, making it accessible and insightful for beginners.

### WHAT TO EXPECT:

Intro to Numerology: numbers carry deep symbolic meanings in Tarot. Learn how numerology shapes the messages within the cards and how to interpret these hidden patterns.

The Fool’s Journey: discover the spiritual and psychological journey represented by the Major Arcana, following The Fool as he navigates the cycles of life and self-discovery.

Mini Q&A: any questions you have, bring them along! We’ll have time for a Q&A session to help deepen your understanding.

### Are you ready to take your mushroom cultivation skills to the next level?

### Curious about advanced techniques to enhance your mushroom yields?

Come and expand your mushroom cultivation knowledge and learn new growing techniques in this full day course designed for people who already know the basics. It is perfect for anyone who has attended any of Darren’s previous Shroomshops for Beginners.
The course has been designed to support previous attendees with their next steps and progression on their mushroom cultivation journeys. If you haven't attended one of his beginners courses you can still join in. Darren will include mushroom theory in this course, and teaching via a hands-on experience covering:
🍄 Making your own spore prints
🍄 Making your own spore syringes
🍄 Making your own mycelium spawn
🍄 Working with grain and wood substrates
🍄 How to increase your yields
🍄 How to make liquid mycelium
🍄 Experimenting with various bulk growing techniques
We will also revisit but go deeper with some of the basics of mushroom cultivation, to reinforce previous lessons taught and address some of the challenges you may have faced so far. Participants only need to bring a pen and pad.
All training materials will be provided. Participants will leave with the resources needed to continue growing at home.
