Old Town Stroll, Tree Lighting, Krampusnacht Festival & Holiday Market

Happy Holidays! Lots going on in Old Town this Friday. The Christmas Tree lighting, Old Town Stroll and the old world Krampusnacht Festival & Holiday Market at the Old Town Herbal Stop & Tiny Grocer (at the east entrance of Old Town adjacent to the museum parking lot). I know it will be hard to keep track of attendees but I can try. Here's where I will be as per the CABQ event schedule:

6 pm - Tree Lighting Ceremony
6:15 pm - Mariachi Luna de Plata

#### Gazebo

6:20 pm - Baila! Baila! - Baila! Baila! Dance Academy has been teaching children and adults the art of Ballet Folklorico or Traditional Mexican Folk Dance for over 27 years and was originally started by sisters Israela & Felissa Garcia in 1990 with the goal of "preserving our culture through the arts".

*** After the 6:20 performance, I'm going to head over to the Holiday Market at Old Town Herbal for a little while before heading home at 8:00. It all goes on until 9:00 pm so please stay longer if you'd like.

If you'd like to try to meet, look for a Meetup message that I will send to attendees. It will tell you where I will be standing at Plaza Don Luis at 5:45 pm. My photo is pretty current so I think I will be easy to find. Dress warmly and join me for some traditional ABQ holiday fun!

Parking: the museum lot is free for the event.
