Ignite your energy and confidence with Box’N’Burn — a high-intensity, beginner-friendly cardio boxing class designed to improve endurance, coordination, and total-body strength.
Each session combines striking drills, pad work, and conditioning circuits that challenge your stamina while teaching real technique. You’ll move with purpose, sweat with intention, and leave with a clear mind and a stronger body.
Loaner gloves are provided, and no prior boxing experience is required.
