Join Dr. Katie Lynne on an inward journey of deep relaxation. Crystal bowls, chime and gong weave together with angelic voice of sacred mantra tones. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask or whatever you need to rest, release, and drift into the sound.

You will sit or lay comfortably to touch upon a blissful meditation.
