Join us whether you are experienced with t'ai chi (10 A.M. - 12 P.M.) and meditation (12 P.M. - 1 P.M.) or if you are new to the practices! We'll spend most of the first half practicing T'ai Chi followed by Meditation instruction, all with breaks.

We offer a deep, practical and tangible approach to T'ai Chi. Learn physical relaxation and integrity using a very short standing and walking form. This will set you up to advancing towards developing your energy awareness and organizing your bodily structure and ground connection as well as learning a little choreography.

For the meditation portion, lead by Winnie, you will learn several easy meditative practices in which you can deepen your current practice or begin a personal practice.

This is a wonderful opportunity to visit Triple Crane and see their offerings! Trust me ... you will be comfortable and welcome!

You can arrive late, you can leave early you can sit or lay down or walk around! There is a lovely tea ceremony at 1 P.M. with snacks.
