Join us for an introduction to T'ai Chi. We'll learn a few movements that can be combined for a very short choreographed form while working on proper alignment, balance and connectivity. This event is by donation.
This class is great for both beginners and advanced students. Although I teach to the beginning level, I speak to advanced concepts that experienced practitioners will appreciate, utilize and benefit from!
Regular classes are held in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti.
