#### We are stronger than we know.
As we grow older, our baseline strength, flexibility, & stability decreases. This can result in reduced activity, less physical exploration & safe risk taking, and fear of falls or movement. But, we don't have to pump iron for hours at the gym to discover the strength that is just waiting to wake up...
A gentle aerobics and strength class with some time to check in and be present with each other! All are welcome, not just ladies over 50! This is a safe place to be inept!

Utilizing principles of neuroscience, we enliven our neuro-cognitive and deep sensory skills to rapidly increase strength, function, & integration, not to mention empowering embodiment! If you'd like to feel stronger, safer in movement, and more connected to your body, this class is for you.
