This event is free (donations are welcome). You are welcome whether you're new to Satsang or a long time seeker!

This is a gathering of hearts to connect, share and reflect in the spirit of love and wisdom. You can share a story or choose to just be present.

Bring an open heart and, if you are able, a healthy dish to share. I'll try to have pizza there too!

Possible agenda:
introductions
short meditation or chanting (5-10 min)
(possibly with a musician)
listen to a Ram Dass talk (10-20 min)
comment or discuss the talk (10-20 min)
meditate, chant, or sing (5-10 min)
share food
