This group is a heart-centered space to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself. Through Yoga Nidra meditations, inspiring talks, embodiment coaching, and gentle somatic release practices, we explore growth in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and even joyful. Together we create a safe container to release stress, awaken awareness, and move through life with more presence and authenticity.
