Improving Well-Being Through Tao Philosophy (Free)
Details
Attachment to our desire and our discriminating mind causes most of our stress and health issues in this world. We must look into ourselves to control our selfish desires and unsettled minds to stop suffering and begin to enjoy this life.
We can find the solutions by studying the book of Tao Te Ching.
Tao Te Ching was spoken by the wise man Laozi in ancient China, c.500BC. This book is one of the most widely studied and influential works of philosophy and spirituality. It has been embraced by the world and translated into many languages.
We provide our own translation which aims to use words and meanings as close to the original Chinese text as possible. We hope this will provide a useful stepping-stone for those who wish to explore the wisdom of Tao.
