The meetup started around OpenClaw because that was the system I was building with. But the real conversation at our Meetups was never about one tool, it was about how business people actually use AI (regardless of which tool) to get work done. So I’m broadening the meetup to Business AI Builders: a place for people building practical AI systems for real businesses.

Business AI Builders is a monthly gathering for operators thinking seriously about AI agents in their business.
Members are running agents in production and compare notes on what's working. Some are earlier in the journey, evaluating where to start and learning from others' deployments. What everyone shares: they operate real businesses, and they want honest signal, not hype.

Who this is for:

• Owners, operators, and leaders at startups/businesses thinking about or deploying AI automation
• Consultants and technical founders building agents for clients
• Technology decision-makers evaluating AI infrastructure
• Builders shipping production systems

What we actually do:

• Share production case studies with honest numbers: what worked, what broke, what it cost
• Workshop specific problems members bring from active evaluations or deployments
• Compare approaches to real business problems: inbox triage, lead enrichment, competitive intelligence, follow-up tracking, content pipelines
• Help members at all stages move forward one step, whether that's picking a first project or scaling a third one

Format: Menlo Park, monthly, about an hour and a half. Structured opening, open discussion, informal close. We start on time and end on time because everyone's busy.
