Ecstatic Dance Sacramento is a DJ-led, alcohol-free community dance event held one Friday each month. It is a big, non-verbal dance gathering open to all ages, where participants move their bodies and connect with a wellness-minded community in a safe, sober environment. The event encourages authentic movement as a joyful, healing, and expressive experience, fostering a sense of connection and wellness through dance.

Zana Prana – DJ, Singer, and sonic shapeshifter from Aotearoa. Known for her earth-shaking bass drops, ethereal vocals, and live sound journeys, she blends orchestral rhythms with future bass & beats to craft raw, real and ritualistic journeys on the dancefloor. Her sets hit deep — awakening something ancient, alive, and true. A unique avatar making ripples around the world with her ability to curate otherworldly soundscapes that drop jaws.
