This idea started from my own experience.

For a long time, I found myself feeling confused about the symptoms I was experiencing — unsure what was normal, what wasn’t, and where to even begin understanding my own body.

Even today, while there is growing awareness around the women’s health gap and more conversations happening, many of us are still navigating these experiences quietly. There can be a sense of stigma, uncertainty, or simply not having the right space to talk about what we’re going through.

And that can feel isolating.

This space is created to gently change that — an informal, welcoming space for women to come together to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and support one another through honest and open conversations around hormonal and menstrual health — from cycle-related symptoms to energy, mood, and overall wellbeing.

The heart of this community lies in collective wisdom — in listening, learning, and gently supporting one another. Over time, this also extends beyond conversations into simple, meaningful ways of caring for our wellbeing together — whether through relaxed healthy brunches, walks in the park, or small rituals that bring us back to our bodies.
