Please join us on Thursday, January 22nd, for a special evening of great food and entertainment. You'll see two engaging mysteries, with some added comedy as a bonus.

Up first (at 6:00 PM) we'll show the 1939 Paramount comedy / mystery film, THE GRACIE ALLEN MURDER CASE, which starred Gracie Allen, Warren William, Ellen Drew, Kent Taylor, Judith Barrett and Donald MacBride. Detective Philo Vance (Warren William) tries to solve the murder of a gangster, with the unwanted help of the dim-witted Gracie Allen.

Next Up, at approximately 7:25 is the 1963 German mystery film, THE INDIAN SCARF, which starred Heinz Drache, Elisabeth Flickenschildt, Klaus Kinski and Eddi Arent. This quirky suspense movie was part of the Krimi series – 33 films from the late 1950s to late 1960s, that were all based on novels by Edgar Wallace.
When a wealthy man dies, his greedy heirs are forced to live in his creepy castle for one week, or they will be disinherited. Of course, they are knocked off one-by-one by an unknown assailant, using a silk scarf as the murder weapon.

The restaurant is called; the CITY BUFFET.

There is a private room at the back of the restaurant, so we won't be disturbed by other diners. We will have short breaks throughout the evening, so attendees can restock their plates.

The restaurant is located at: 100 Live Oaks Blvd Casselberry, FL 32707….. near the intersection of 436 and 17-92.

In addition to the films and food, there may be other surprises, including trivia contests and free prizes. There is no charge for the movies, you just pay for your dinner. I hope you can make it!
