This Tuesday will be all about using the breath to down regulate your nervous system during the holidays. It will help you better deal with all of the potential stresses that the holiday can bring so you can truly exprience internal peace and joy.

We will learn a couple of easy breath practices that you can use to relax, even while sitting at a holiday dinner with the family. Nobody would ever even know what you are doing!

There will also be an extended deep relaxation portion of the class to help your mind and body melt away the stress.
