Mindful Stress Reduction Virtual Guided Meditations

Stressed out over the holidays? Join us for one-hour of virtual guided mindfulness meditations, which are at the core of reducing stress and anxiety. The event will have a very brief discussion of the leader's view of what mindfulness is and what it is not, and then forty minutes of guided meditations, including breath meditation, a brief body scan, a mountain meditation. The event will also leave several minutes for feedback and discussion. Hope to see you there!
