Turkey Trails 5K/10K Race!

Here's another race in Colorado Springs that looks fun! Let's get together and run off some of those calories from eating too much Halloween candy! It looks like a nice course around Bear Creek Park, and you get a nice long-sleeved shirt and a cool finisher medal! It will be a fun way to spend an Autumn Sunday morning, and get some fresh air and exercise!

(Note that the website says that you'll need to register by 10/23 in order to guarantee that you'll get a shirt.)

I signed up for the 10K, but whether you do the 5K or the 10K, let's meet up at the starting line, and then cheer each other on as we cross the finish line. If you'd prefer to walk the 5K, that is totally an option too! Afterwards, we can meet up at the finish line and then head out somewhere close by for a post-race brunch (Mother Muff's perhaps?).
