Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful practice designed to calm the nervous system and support healing. Using props to fully support the body, poses are held for longer periods, allowing you to relax without effort.
This class emphasizes stillness, breath, and gentle awareness, creating space for deep rest and renewal. Sound, silence, or guided meditation may be woven in to support relaxation and integration.
No experience or flexibility is needed. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow your body and mind to soften.
