Slow Flow Vinyasa is a gentle, breath centered practice designed to help you move with intention rather than momentum. In this class, we slow everything down, creating space to feel each posture, each transition, and the subtle language of the body.

You’ll be guided through a steady, mindful sequence that links movement with breath, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to soften. Poses are held just long enough to build awareness, strength, and ease without strain or urgency.

This practice is less about how it looks and more about how it feels.
