Restorative Yoga Nidra
Restorative Yoga Nidra is an invitation into deep rest, where the body is fully supported, and the mind is gently guided toward stillness.
This class weaves together restorative postures and Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep.” Using props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks, the body is placed in positions of effortless ease, allowing tension to unwind naturally and the nervous system to shift into a state of repair and restoration.
As the body settles, you’ll be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice designed to bring you into the space between waking and sleeping, a place where the mind becomes quiet, and deeper layers of awareness can emerge.
There is nothing to do, nothing to achieve.
This is a practice of receiving rather than effort.
