Returning to the Seat of the Heart
A Meditation Workshop
In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, perform more, and stay distracted, this workshop is an invitation to return to something quieter, deeper, and more honest, the seat of the heart.
This donation-based meditation workshop is designed for beginners, curious seekers, and anyone longing to reconnect with themselves in a more meaningful way. Together we will explore meditation not as a performance or spiritual achievement, but as a practice of remembering who we are beneath the noise.
During this workshop we will explore:
• What meditation really is (and what it is not)
• How to begin a sustainable meditation practice
• Breath awareness and grounding techniques
• Working with anxiety, restlessness, and overthinking
• The science and benefits of meditation for the nervous system
• Buddhist-inspired teachings on presence, compassion, and awareness
• Guided meditation practices you can bring into everyday life
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to yourself.
Expect a space that is welcoming, down-to-earth, reflective, and deeply human, a place for the spiritual misfits, the tired hearts, the overthinkers, the seekers, and those simply looking for a moment of stillness.
No experience is necessary. Come as you are.
