I am personally very interested in self development practices.
I am inviting all members of the community to join me so we can practice together and foster a sense of support, friendship and community while we are growing.
I host a variety of practices - see whats on in the events below.
We usually meet at a gorgeous natural setting in or around Melbourne city.
