Join me on Sunday for a cup of chai and a chat about Vedic Meditation (free of charge - BYO cup and something to sit on).

We’ll start with learning a simple breathing technique (pranayama) to help calm your mind. Then, I’ll share how you can release stress and fatigue and reduce anxiety for good with Vedic Meditation.

Vedic Meditation is the easiest and most effective meditation technique I know of. It rests the mind and body deeply, which allows the body to release stress and fatigue. As a result, you have more energy, feel happier and more productive and have a clearer mind. It’s been the subject of hundreds of scientific studies which prove the benefits, and it’s a highly popular technique worldwide.

We’ll cover:

  • what Vedic Meditation is
  • how it differs from other meditation techniques
  • what benefits you can expect to see in your life, and
  • how you can learn it
