Vedic Meditation is an easy, effective meditation technique that helps you release stress and fatigue, gain more energy and a clearer mind, reduce anxiety, and become more creative, happier, and productive.

This group is for those who are interested in starting a meditation practice or deepening their existing practice. We'll meet to enjoy a homemade chai, learn a simple breathing technique (pranayama) and learn more about Vedic Meditation. You can ask any questions and decide if learning is for you.

To learn this technique you'll need to sign-up for a separate 4-session course, so this group is for information and meeting like-minded people only. More information can be found at sheryncanter.com.
