Women's FREE Self Defense Class

This is a FREE women's self-defense class hosted by Sensei Sai!

The 5 W's of Details:

• Who? This is originally for those who are in our "Women in Business" Meet Up network, BUT any woman is welcome to join.
• What? A 1.5-hour self defense class led by the fearless Sensei Sai
• Where? Z Ultimate ; 487 S Broadway Unit 100, Denver
• When? January 15th. Arrive at 6:45 pm to start at 7:00 pm
• WHY! Why are we doing this? Because whether we like it or not, women are more vulnerable than men and we want to empower one another.

What to bring?

• Wear active clothes
• A water bottle
