In modern life, even when we’re surrounded by people, connection can feel surprisingly random, inconsistent, or out of reach. Not because something is wrong with us — but because we were never really shown how to build it intentionally.
Here, we explore connection as something we can practice.
Through thoughtfully designed, immersive experiences, we create opportunities to:
- Start conversations more easily
- Feel more natural and present with others
- Build the kinds of interactions that actually lead to friendship, community, and belonging
This isn’t about theory or forced networking. It’s about real human moments — created with just enough structure to make them easier, more natural, and more likely to happen.

Building real connection in modern life: A Connective Gathering

Connective is a 90-minute immersive experience — not a talk you sit through, but something you do. Through small, fun experiments and real conversation, you'll get out of your head and into the room, and start to feel how connection happens.
Whether you want to meet new people more easily, turn a good conversation into a friendship, or just feel less alone, you'll leave seeing your "social ecosystem" more clearly — and with small, practical things to try that leave you feeling more at ease around people. It's closer than it seems.
We’ll meet Sunday, July 12 from 4:00–5:30 PM (doors open 3:45), followed by an optional social at an area restaurant afterwards for anyone who’d like to continue connecting in a relaxed setting.
Location: An Indoor space in the Central West End area (confirmation 48 hours before event; Pershing Ave location is Tentative)
