Greetings everyone,

We are thrilled to announce our upcoming collaboration with Chef Evita Yap from Malaysia, which will feature a delectable spread of Hainanese cuisine. Hainanese dishes are known for being rich in flavors, less oily, and more mildly seasoned compared to those of mainland China.

We cannot wait to host you and start the event with refreshing homemade drinks such as
1. Lemongrass mint drinks.
2. We will also serve homemade pandan kaya (made of coconut milk, eggs, sugar, pandan) and butter toast.
3. Hainanese Chicken pie
4. Hainanese Pork chop.
5. For dessert, we will be serving Ching Bu Liang, made with lotus seed, white fungus, dried longan, red dates, goji, chia seed, and dark brown sugar.

All ingredients are locally sourced, and we kindly ask that you inform us of any allergies.

We will share more about Hainanese food, culture, and history with you all during the event.
