Community Meditation is a self-guided, silent meditation supported by the shared field of community.

Meditation is a state of choiceless awareness, a deep listening and direct perception of what is, free from judgment, control, effort, or striving. It is not about following a method, but about self-inquiry, discovering for yourself what it means to be attentive, authentic, and free.

Meditation is not separate from daily living. It is an allowing, a softening, a resting and deep listening to whatever arises. It calls for a courageous and compassionate heart — to remain present in the fire of awareness, guiding the mind to see clearly without turning away. In this stillness, truth reveals itself naturally as the blossoming of a flower, the eruption of a volcano, or the passing of clouds across the sky. In choiceless awareness, there is freedom.
