Kains Woods full hike - 12k

lets do Kains Woods completly!!. This is an extra hike from the regular Sunday hikes. I want to do the full hike in and out. Roughly 11k.

you are willing to stop in the middle and wait for us to come back.
This trail is all in the woods so it will be cooler. If you have hiking poles you should bring them.
Let's meet at the corner of Westdell Bourne Road and Kains Road. There's lots of parking on the side of the road of Westdel Bourne road.
Kains Woods, located in west London near Kains Road, is an Environmentally Significant Area (ESA) along the Thames River, some challenging sections and beautiful views.
