Kains woods hike

This week we are going to do Kains Woods. This trail is all in the woods so it will be cooler. If you have hiking poles you should bring them.
Let's meet at the corner of Westdell Bourne Road and Kains Road. There's lots of parking on the side of the road of Westdel Bourne road.
Kains Woods is an Environmentally Significant Area (ESA) along the Thames River, some challenging sections and beautiful views.
