Kilally Meadows Environmentally Significant
Area (ESA) is situated within the floodplain of
the North Thames River. The site includes open
meadows, riverside woods and swamps.
The main access point is at the east end of Windermere Road. Google Dan Pulham Field. The parking lot is where we will meet. Also you can Google the Waltzing weasel restaurant. It's located at the corner of Windermere and Adelaide street. The starting point to the hike is at the end of that road. We will take the dirt Trail 4 km down one side cross Highbury Ave and come back up on the paved walking path.
Some points too remember:
- The hikes will start exactly on time as posted.
- The hikes are cross-posted with the London shenanigans group and look out london. Please only sign up for one group!
- You must wear appropriate footwear. Sandals or slippers are not acceptable
- No dogs allowed.
