Kains Woods full 10k

Kains woods
Tuesday evening I am going to do the full 10K at Kains Woods. This trail is all in the woods so it will be beautiful. If you have hiking poles you should bring them.
Let's meet at the corner of Westdell Bourne Road and Kains Road. There's lots of parking on the side of the road of Westdel Bourne road.
Kains Woods is an Environmentally Significant Area (ESA) along the Thames River, some challenging sections and beautiful views.
