Thames Valley Parkway walk

Each week on Wednesday I would like to do a section of the Thames Valley Parkway. (TVP) the timing may change so please pay attention to the time and location of each week.
We will do 8 km each Wednesday doing 4 km one way and then coming back to the starting point. I would like to do the entire Trail.
This is a great walk for people who want to be active but don't necessarily enjoy being in the woods. It's easy and smooth.
The TVP is London's primary multi-use trail, spanning 166 km of scenic, paved pathways along the Thames River. It serves as an active transportation and recreational hub for walking, cycling, and rollerblading, winding through dense woodlands, parks, and heritage sites. Fully paved and 3-meters wide, offering a smooth, accessible route.
Features multiple picturesque bridges overlooking the river, with connections to Springbank Park and Gibbons Park. Also winds up to the university grounds and all the way to fanshaw Lake.
