What we're about

Be a listening ear, share your knowledge, or find collaborators for a work in progress. We strive to maintain diversity in all areas to maximize our perspectives, so all who are interested are encouraged to attend regardless of their relationship with The Washington Ethical Society (WES) or familiarity with the topics involved. Our aim is to teach and learn from one another and to improve our understandings and share them more widely.

- Enjoy discussions, debates, diving deep into a topic, or sitting back and listening to others?

- Seeking an energetic learning environment that provides intellectual stimulation as well as a deeper understanding of concepts, terms, etc?

- Curious about Ethical Culture, religious humanism, and science or religion?

- Happy to offer your views, experiences, knowledge, and wisdom to others?

- Interested in expanding on group discussions to share ideas with a wider audience in some form?

Meet us on 4th Sundays at 1:00 PM at The Washington Ethical Society (7750 16th St NW, Washington, DC 20012). Contact Aylin Gencturk (Lin Gen)---at (202) 702-8816 / a.genctur@gmail.com---for more information and to become a member by joining our email list. It is the best way to stay up-to-date on meeting days & times, topics & resources and to take part in discussions from wherever you happen to be.

It is not necessary to RSVP but we would be happy if you were to do so! Guests are always welcome.
