Meditation is solitary. It’s the practice of presence and awareness in stillness — learning to be with our own mind and heart.
Relateful Practice is relational. It’s the practice of awareness and authentic expression in connection — something we cannot do alone.
This group, Compassion in Connection: A Buddhist + Relateful Practice, brings both paths together in perfect harmony.
We begin with Buddhist meditation to cultivate present moment awareness and compassion, and then open our eyes to explore that same awareness in relationship — sharing, listening, and being with each other in real time. We close with a short Vajrasattva practice to purify and integrate what arises.
Here, solitude and togetherness meet.
Presence turns into connection.
And awakening becomes something we share.
