Women's Circle in Zurich

Beautiful souls, get ready for an incredible Women’s Circle in the woods. Yoga Scheune is a beautiful wooden yoga shala in the woods in Meilen, just few minutes away from the train station.

It's a safe space for all the amazing women out there to embrace their true selves, imperfections and all. We're here to support each other and stand up for ourselves.

This is the place where you can let go of the expectations and pressures of everyday life. Together, we'll learn how to show up authentically and be witnessed in all our glory as women.
Each gathering is carefully crafted to inspire self-reflection, personal growth, and a deeper connection with ourselves and others. We'll come together to honor the divine feminine energy and connect with like-minded women.

Here's what's on the agenda: breathwork, conscious dance and embodiment practice, gentle yoga flow, we'll also dive into journaling and sharing our thoughts and experiences with each other. Plus, prepare for some soothing sound healing with crystal bowls, Native American Style flute and sansula to nourish your soul.
