Women's Gathering - Space for authentic connection and meeting new friends

Welcome! This is a meetup group for women who gather to create a supportive and empowering space where we can connect, share, and grow together.

Each gathering is designed to encourage self-reflection, personal growth, and the cultivation of a deeper connection with ourselves and others. We will come together to honor the divine feminine energy and connection with like-minded women. Remember this is space where it is ok not to be ok, vulnerability is welcome, we are here to hold space for each other and support each other to remove masks that we might feel like we have to wear in our daily lives. This is where we can show up authetically, let ourselveslves be seen and heard and create new friendships.

Activities will include but not limited to guided meditation and breathwork, mindfulness practices, somatic movement, authetic relating exercises, journaling prompts and sharing thoughts,emotions and experiences with other women. There will be a general theme for each gathering, however group preferences will be honored and suggestions welcomed :)

Please bring a pen and something to write on and a blanket or yoga mat to sit and move on.

This event is donation based. Suggested donation 15-30CHF TWINT or Cash.

Location in the park josefwiese. There will be an opportunity to go for lunch/coffee or swim in the lake/river after the event :)
