• How to talk to sellers with integrity and honesty when the phone starts ringing.
• What are the best techniques for negotiating?
• What paperwork do I use for contracts?
• How do I take proper photos and store them?
• How do I do correct follow up?
• What software, websites, and vendors are best in class.
• What is assignment, wholetail, or other exits? (I have a technique that you have not heard of that I will reveal)
