We're heading up past Deckers into Sedalia for this hike with magnificent views over Lake Cheeseman. While just a 2 mile hike to the waters edge, we will enjoy the expansive views and hike down to the dam where fishing looks to be spectacular.

We will spend a little time watching the river move and spying on the fishermen, then trek back to our parking lot. Plenty of time for photos here!

Dogs allowed on leash.

Elevation gain ~950'.

The dirt county road 211 is a left off paved Deckers Road past Deckers. It's about 3 miles on this road, parking is obvious on the left.

Carpool is encouraged as always. The lot is fairly large but fills up with hikers & fishermen pretty fast.

Brunch in town after, as always, for those interested!
