Sandstone Ranch ~4 mile loop

We're heading up towards Larkspur for this rolling loop hike at Sandstone Ranch Open Space. This hike is mostly gentle hills, with sweeping views from the various high points around the valley. We will take a spur trail to a nice overlook off the loop, then continue onward on the main trail back to the parking lot.

Nothing difficult on this hike, a great one in cooler weather since there is little shade. If there is snow, even better. A great place to snowshoe or x-country ski! Total elevation gain is ~275'.

Dogs allowed on leash.
